Q: What type of activities can be included in the application?

A: The proposal can include any activity that will lead to the achievement of results listed in the call under IV. Requirements, 1. General.

The Call also states the type of activities that can be included in the proposal:

  • Organisation of workshops, meetings, conferences, training sessions, seminars, coaching sessions and similar events at the national and local levels;
  • Organisation of regular visits to schools of the NT, including monitoring visits;
  • Organisation of visits to schools including abroad and peer-to peer exchanges;
  • Other activities in line with INSCHOOL methodology and Inclusive School Development Plans (ISDPs).
  • Any other action pursuing the above expected results.

Q : What type of costs can be included in the budget proposal?

A: Type of costs eligible for funding through the grants is any cost that is necessary for the purpose of the grant. In other words, any cost necessary for the implementation of the proposed activities and achievement of the expected results.

The budget template (Annex II of the Call for proposals) also indicates in the budget chapters some typical costs for grants. It leaves a possibility to specify within each predefined chapter costs proposed for funding.
