On 6 September 2018, the principals and staff members of the schools selected in INSCHOOL Romania met in order to exchange on the importance of monitoring and evaluation, after having adopted their revised Institutional Development Plans and Operational Plans and submitted their grant requests. They discussed the use of relevant indicators to be able to assess the actions implemented and measure the changes at school level.

The workshop took place in Cilibia, in one of the selected school, in presence of the INSCHOOL team (Educational advisors and Facilitators) and partners such as the Romanian Institute for Educational Sciences (ISE). This was also an opportunity to further discuss the training needs of teachers and school staff, in particular on Roma issues. Sessions will be organised later this year.
