The project partner in Slovakia is the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic, and the duration of the first phase of the project is planned for May 2018 - January 2019 with a possible extension of the project.

The project aims to increase the social inclusion of Roma through the promotion of inclusive education in selected 7 schools in Slovakia. In his introductory speech, State Secretary Peter Krajňák expressed his appreciation of the fact that the implementation of the project will be carried out directly in the selected schools, that the school will form an inclusive school development plan and receive a grant for these specific planned activities. He also highlighted the fact that at the same time a national working group emerged, identifying key obstacles in education policies and proposing solutions based on the experiences of participating schools."
