The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Action "Quality Education for All” as a part of the European Union and the Council of Europe programmatic framework “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey II”.
In that context, it is looking for International Providers for the provision of consultancy services on fostering quality education for all in pre-university and higher education based on Council of Europe standards and practices.
