Depending on the needs and priorities of the beneficiaries concerned, work in this area concentrates on support to ombudspersons’ institutions, inclusive education (addressing racism, bullying, segregation and extremism in the education system, corruption in education), addressing trafficking in human beings (with a focus on assistance to victims of trafficking), countering discrimination against national minorities and/or when based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

Back Call for proposals of civil society organisations: Supporting a democratic education environment - “Quality education for all” in Montenegro

Under the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”, and its action on “Quality education for all” in Montenegro, the Council of Europe is launching a call for proposals with the aim to co-fund local school-based projects to promote a democratic education environment with the involvement of the local community.
