Within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey II, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the Action “Strengthening independence and accountability of the judiciary in Serbia”. In that context, it is looking for providers (see below) for the provision of short-term local and international consultancy services on judicial accountability and independence to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined below.
