Brief description of the practice: The network aims at increasing the gender balance in Norwegian sports, especially through information sharing and meetings. The network is open to athletes, coaches, those who officiate sport and board members in sports organisations. The first conference was held on 24 October 2018 and following this event the network will work on guidelines and recommendations to achieve gender equality in sports.
