Brief description of the practice: The “Sport féminin toujours” operation has been held one weekend per year since 2014 on the media coverage of women's sport, in co-operation with the CSA (the French TV and radio regulatory body). During the weekend, private and public media are invited to broadcast women’s sport, and include the logo of the initiative. This media operation for women's sport was translated into all communication media, including audio-visual, radio, print or digital. The presence of women's sport on television has increased in recent years. The CSA estimates that women's sport accounted for between 16% and 20% of the hourly volume of sport broadcasts in 2017, compared with 14% in 2014 and 7% in 2012.
