Mr. Drago Kos, the former GRECO President, visited the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) of Ukraine on 19-20 November on an advisory mission. The expert held discussion with the NABU leadership, heads of departments and units as well as resident international consultants. He equally provided a mentoring session, providing specific strategic recommendations to NABU management. First Deputy Director of NABU, Mr. Gizo Uglava and Mr. Kos agreed on a need of a sustained and systematic capacity-building for staff, and, specifically, on a training session for NABU detectives on conducting complex anticorruption investigations, scheduled for December 2015.
