Routes4U hosted a B2B Event as part of the 2019 EUSALP annual forum on 28-29 November on “Cultural routes as tools for cultural tourism in the Alpine Region”.
Ksenija Keca, President of the Association of the Mediterranean Cultural Routes and Phoenicians' Route gave her insights on the economic impact of the Cultural Routes and developing the Tourism Product. Constanze Metzger, Senior Project Manager for Routes4U spoke to attendees on how the project can strengthen regional sustainable development.
The project’s e-learning development was especially well received. Participants were well involved with an interesting Q&A around youth involvement and left with new helpful information on how to move their own projects forward.
Attendee Elena Dubinina, of Via Francigena also gave an impromptu presentation to the B2B participants on how being part of Cultural Routes has benefited the route and its stakeholders.
