On 22 May 2018, the Routes4U Senior Project Officer Constanze Metzger presented to the 16th Steering Group Meeting of Priority Area 3 “To promote culture, tourism and people to people contacts” the Routes4U Project. The participants discussed possible areas of cooperation, such as the possibility of new Cultural Routes to be developed in the Danube region.

The Senior Project Officer underlined that the success of the project depend on the active involvement of the members of EUSDR as well as of the Cultural Routes certified by the Council of Europe. She also informed that the first Routes4U meeting for the Danube Region to strengthen regional development through Cultural Routes will be organized in Romania in autumn 2018.
