Routes4U is looking for a consultant (part time) to assist in the implementation of activities. The candidate should have a proven expertise in the domain of international relations, cultural tourism or sustainable development. The candidate should also have a thorough knowledge of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe and/or the macro-regional strategies of the European Union (EUSAIR, EUSALP, EUSBSR and EUSDR). Fluency in English is requested.

In the framework of Routes4U Joint Programme a trip-planner and an e-learning course have been developed.

The consultant is requested to assist in the organisation and promotion of Routes4U-activities, more specifically:

  • An event to promote the visibility and the use of the tripplanner (addressing mainly stakeholders from the tourism sector);
  • An event to promote the visibility and the use of the e-learning (addressing mainly stakeholders from the educational sector).

The consultant is requested to assist in the development of tourism products and services:

  • An event to promote the visibility and the use of the Cultural Routes card (addressing young people, who are the target users).

Furthermore, the consultant is requested to organise the participation of Routes4U at ITB (4-8 March 2020):

  • A dedicated visibility-stand

The consultant is moreover requested to support in the organisation of Routes4U final conference (indicatively in May 2020, date to be agreed upon with Routes4U staff).
