The Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Promoting efficient functioning of state institutions and public administration” as part of the joint EU/CoE Central Asia Rule of Law Programme. In that context, the organisation is looking for service providers for the organisation of the conference "Models of Constitutional Complaints in Central Asian Countries", which will take place on 25-26 May 2023 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
