The Project’s Secretariat has published the second Cross country report, part of the baseline study commissioned by the Project, that focuses on the evaluation of the awareness of the local stakeholders, national minorities and other relevant authorities on the themes relevant to the national minority protection mechanisms in the field. The report can be consulted HERE.
The “Awareness Assessment Report” constitutes the second and final part of the baseline study commissioned by the Project to the College of Europe, an independent research institution. The College of Europe took on the task to prepare a baseline study of the state of minority rights in South East Europe and the Project’s impact in the 36 selected municipalities beneficiaries of the small grant scheme within the Project. The first Cross country report - Project assessment, which aims to identify success and risk factors at the start, was published in July 2015 and is available HERE.
