In the framework of the PG II project “Strengthening the efficiency and quality of the judicial system in Azerbaijan”, a system of enforcement timeframes and recovery rates will be set-up as indicators of the efficiency of the enforcement system and in view of evaluating bailiffs’ performance. To this end, the international and national experts will work together to develop the recommendations on setting up such a system.
An expert advice to Azerbaijani judicial authorities on steps to disseminate CEPEJ tools in courts on “Access to courts for vulnerable groups” will be provided. The document will contain best international practices on access to courts of vulnerable groups (persons with disabilities, children, minorities, etc.) and recommendations for Azerbaijani courts on how to facilitate the access to courts for vulnerable groups. The international and national experts will work together.
An expert advice on the development of ICT solutions will be provided in order to support the national enforcement system. The international and national experts will work together.
