The Strengthening the Safety and Service pillars of the Saint-Denis Convention (Balance S4) project aims to support member States of the Council of Europe in reinforcing the implementation of the safety and service pillars of the Saint-Denis Convention at national level, in order to achieve the right balance with the security pillar.

It is co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe’s Sport Division for 21 months, from January 2024 until September 2025.

1st Awareness-raising Workshop on Strengthening the Safety and Service Pillars1st Webinar

The project  BALANCE S4 will organise its first workshop on the 25 April and will focus on the work to be done in the areas of safety and service.
