What we do
ProS4+ project (Promoting and Strengthening the Council of Europe Standards on Safety, Security and Service at Football Matches and Other Sports Events) is a 18 months project which will be implemented between 1 January 2017 and 30 June 2018
This project is a follow-up to the ProS4 project which was implemented between 1 January and 31 December 2016. The implementation of the ProS4 identified a number of issues that still need to be addressed in the field of safety, security and service. In particular, the adoption of the new Council of Europe Convention (CETS 218) commits signatory member states of the Council of Europe, some of which are also Member States of the European Union, to comply with certain standards and practices. 3rd Meeting of the Project Management Team,

The 3rd and final Project Management Team (PMT) meeting took place on 5 December in Strasbourg with the participation of the members of the Secretariat, the T-RV Bureau, counterparts from the three project countries (Romania, Croatia and Slovak Republic), and the European Commission (EC). The participants discussed the output and results during the project implementation which lasted one year.
There was also confirmation that the project will continue with its second ProS4+ phase in 2017 and beyond.
