ROMACTED CALL FOR TENDERS FOR A POOL OF FACILITATORS

In Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Serbia, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” and Turkey, ROMACTED Programme is looking for to establish a pool of facilitators.

Important: You can only apply to deliver services in the country/beneficiary of your residence.

The facilitators will assist in the implementation of the ROMACTED methodology, with the ultimate goal of empowering the Roma communities, building up political will and understanding of Roma inclusion at local level and assisting local authorities to provide better responses to the needs of the Roma population. The ROMACTED methodology results from the methodological approach of ROMED2 and ROMACT available at ROMED2 Guidelines for National and Local Facilitators and ROMACT handbook.

Please note that Tender files must be sent to the Council of Europe both electronically and in paper hardcopy.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 07 November 2017 (23:59 CET), as evidenced by the postmark, or by the receipt of delivery provided by the dispatching company.

 Questions regarding this specific tendering procedure shall be sent at the latest by one week before the deadline for submissions of tenders, in English, and shall be exclusively sent to the following address: [email protected].

ROMACTED, “Promoting good governance and Roma empowerment at local level”, is a Joint Programme between the European Union (DG NEAR) and the Council of Europe.

The Programme is implemented by the Council of Europe’s Roma and Travellers Team and the Office of the Directorate General of Programmes in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Türkiye.

The Phase I of the Programme was implemented in the period starting from 1 May 2017 until 31 December 2020.

The Phase II is implemented from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2024.

In addition to the Strasbourg-based team, the Programme has project staff in the Council of Europe offices in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Türkiye, and a national support team in each of the Beneficiaries.
