Judges and prosecutors learnt about EU procedures for tracing and recovering assets deriving from corruption offences at seminar organised with the Judicial Training Centre of Montenegro on 18 September 2017.
A Council of Europe expert compared Montenegrin legislation with international standards on corruption related offenses and gave examples of cases of high-level corruption which have been successfully prosecuted.
This seminar is part of the Council of Europe/European Union "Action against Economic Crime in Montenegro".
