Description: On European Heritage Day 2013, the National Cultural Heritage authorities have interesting things to tell about the hydroelectric power station "Mühleholz Vaduz". A guided walk with the power plant specialists in the country from the water intakes at the sources at the Wild Castle to the power plant of the former cotton mill Jenny, Spoerry & Cie. in Ebenholz and the equalization tank in Vaduz Mühleholz shows the history of early from the 1880s resulting hydroelectric power station.
Theme: Schalun Castle – ruins of stone and concrete

Description: On European Heritage Day 2012, the National Archeological and National Cultural Heritage authorities have interesting things to tell about the legendary «Wildschloss». The ruined castle of Schalun lies to the north-east of Vaduz at a height of 862 m above sea-level. It was probably built towards the end of the 12th c. and destroyed in the early years of the 14th c. After the last archeological dig, the monument had to be cleaned up and protected with a great deal of concrete in several stages between 1990 and 1993.
